Libertarians and Justice Ginsburg

Instead of labeling the dead Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg as a despicable far-left enemy of the Constitution, I have noticed that some libertarians are praising her for her horrible decision in the recent Supreme Court case that ruled that discrimination on the basis of sex in the Civil Rights Act of 1964 includes sexual orientation and gender identity. My analysis of the case (actually three cases), criticism of the Civil Rights Act, and critique of anti-discrimination laws should be re-read by those who are confused.
