Yesterday I had a chance to participate in a debate on whether we should abolish copyrights and patents at Whittier Law School. For those who are interested, here’s the audio. I only had 15 minutes to make my case, and I wouldn’t expect to persuade anyone to the anti-IP position in such a short time.
