James A. Sadowsky, S.J., R.I.P.

I am very sad to note the death of Fr. James Sadowsky, a man I was truly privileged to know for about 15 years. He was professor emeritus at Fordham, and knew Murray Rothbard well from the early 1960s until the latter’s death in 1995. He considered himself a Rothbardian in political theory, but differed with Rothbard on issues like abortion, on which he contested Rothbard’s views in print.
