Issue of Presidential Supremecy

Mr. Huebert’s comments are well-taken. The real issue regarding the courts as far as I am concerned is that of the powers of the President of the United States. For more than a century, Congress has been voting to transfer its constitutional powers to the executive branch, in violation of the Non-Delegation Clause of the Constitution.
