The government of Massachusetts thinks so.  I have a relative in Mass. who needs a kidney transplant.  The state informed him that he is off the transplant waiting list unless he gets the jab.  He relented because the alternative is, well, more certain.  An acquaintance of his is scheduled for brain surgery but she is not required by the state to get the jab.  Just business as usual in the increasingly-totalitarian Bay State by holding bodily organs hostage to the whims of ignorant and egomaniacal government bureaucrats who have no credentials at all in real science or medicine.  Yankees will do what Yankees do.
