I don’t think it’s sensible to endorse what you think is the lesser of two evils, Hillary (or Obama) over McCain. I have three reasons.
First, they are all endorsing evil policies and they are all part of an evil system. Bring the system into disrepute. Any endorsement of any kind, even a relative ranking, of these goons is still an endorsement both of the system and the person.
Second, we simply do not know what anyone will do in office. What Bush II did was counter much of his campaign rhetoric. McCain could surprise us as Nixon did with China. Clinton and Obama could surprise us by starting their own wars.
Third, geopolitics are very important. The President is locked into a system of states with built-in conflicts, such as between the U.S.A. and Russia, wherein the Middle East and Central Asia and their oil resources form a kind of arena for battles and sparring. The next President will not be immune to these conflicts.
