I finally got my power turned back on today. It went out Sunday after Hurricane Dennis struck just east of Pensacola. For what its worth, here are some hurricane notes: 1. The governor of Florida and brother of George WMD Bush, Jeb Bush, came to Pensacola and made a short speech. Thank God I just got my power and phone restored after going through a nasty hurricane in Pensacola, FL. “Evil” Wal-Mart that so many conservatives hate was open two days after the hurricane and was selling ice for 50 cents a bag. Big corporations like Home Depot had truckloads of generators brought in. The stores had to close early the past few nights but only because of a government imposed curfew.
