So far, this important book by Nicholson Baker, Human Smoke: The Beginnings of World War II, the End of Civilization, reviewed by Tom DiLorenzo today, is at #562 on Amazon. That is not bad for a highly unfashionable but significant and serious work (even if it is 35% off). But it should be far higher, for the sake of mankind.
