I didn’t see this coming. Frankly, I still don’t see it and it’s right here. The rise of Huckabee, who seeks to be the nation’s first stand-up comic/president. Frankly, I think this is just a reaction to the mediocrity of the crew denominated by the media as frontrunners–Rudy, McCain, Romney and Thompson. As in 2000 with McCain, he’s the media’s favorite Republican. This too shall pass as voters actually learn that he’s a “pro-life liberal.” (But, pro-war and pro-death penalty.)
