Chelsea Manning, that is.
Hillary should be asked this question. She has championed the rights of the LGBT community. She has championed transparency of government. She certainly cannot openly approve of cruel and unusual punishment. She should be publicly embarrassed by being asked this simple question: Will you pardon Chelsea Manning?
In the same vein: Will you disavow any and all forms of torture, including but not limited to waterboarding, sensory overload with sound, isolation, sensory deprivation, solitary confinement for extended periods, cutting off of communications and such methods as the CIA’s 13 enhanced interrogation techniques?
