The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank known for its defense of militarism and warmongering, is applauding the passage by the House and Senate of “their respective versions of the National Defense Authorization Act last week.” The bipartisan votes were 295 to 125 in the House and 86 to 14 in the Senate.
