In some churches it was certainly said that we should honor those soldiers who gave their life for their country for without them we would not have the freedom to worship today. I’m so glad that thousands of U.S. soldiers died in Iraq and Afghanistan over the past 15 years so that I could go to church today. I guess that if they had not made the ultimate sacrifice, then those nasty Iraqis and Afghans would today have tried to keep me from attending church.
