Today, April 22, is both Vladimir Lenin’s birthday and “Earth Day.” It’s not just a coincidence, of course, since the “environmentalist” movement has always been about destroying economic freedom or capitalism and replacing it with socialism and central planning. Their latest tools in this regard are the twin totalitarian nightmares of the “Green New Deal” and “The Great Reset.” They are even now proposing a worldwide “lockdown” of the world economy every two years not because of any cold virus or outbreak of the sniffles but to supposedly combat “climate change.”
“Environmentalists” are in reality watermelons: Green on the outside, red on the inside.
Earth Day, by the way, was co-founded by a well-known composter.
