Has anyone else noticed how many of these supposedly conservative icons who have been either nominated or confirmed to the Supreme Court have spent most or all of their careers lawyering for the gummint? Specifically, the executive branch? Fits in well with the new meaning conservative has taken on since the Nixon era.
