It started Wednesday and will run until and through Feb. 19th, the day of the Wisconsin primary. We also have 6 more going up in Green Bay, Appleton, & Oshkosh, WI, starting Tuesday.”
UPDATE from Brian Heyer: “Chris is being entirely too modest with his billboard campaign. He secured the rights to have snappy digital billboards running all the way from Green Bay to Oshkosh. This runs through the core of two Congressional districts, which is how the Wisconsin GOP assigns some of the national nominating convention delegates (if the Wisconsin GOP decides to follow their constitution). A slowing economy means cheap advertising rates.

I’ll attest that the news coverage up here in this part of the state was that ‘the governor called out the state guard to rescue the people.’ Reminds me of the private flotilla of rescuers turned away after Katrina. “
