Excellent article by Bruce Bartlett on the evils of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act which nationalized corporate law and imposed massive new costs on private businesses. At least one member of Congress is fighting this monstrous law which does for the economy what the PATRIOT Act does for civil liberties.
