Good Riddance

Former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates has left the presidency of the Boy Scouts, but not before defending the group’s policy of allowing openly gay adult leaders to serve in the Scouts. He also said that “America needs Scouting to remind all of their duty to our country.” What people like Gates means by duty to our country is blindly supporting the U.S. government and its wars. Sorry Gates, America has too much of that already.
