Same exact voice as Johnson. Same goofy deer-in-the-headlights intense stare as Johnson. Same profound illogical clarity as Johnson. He says that Tupac never died but was simply Gandhi reborn. Perhaps some of our New Mexico LRC readers can clear this mystery up as to this wack job being their transmigrated former governor from a parallel dimension. Inquiring minds want to know.
