The Vermont Commons, a newspaper committed to the independence of Vermont, may be of interest to LRC readers. I haven’t yet seen a copy, but from what I can see it is an ideologically heterogeneous group: leftists, rightists, decentralists, etc. At least a Vermont secession movement won’t be bogged down by the race issue, which leftists (law professors in particular) consistently use to make sure decentralism — in other words, Jeffersonianism and human-scale living — is never even considered.
