A Texas appeals court has ruled that the totalitarian “Child Protective Services” acted illegally in kidnapping more than 400 children from their parents. It happened because the powermad pols saw a chance to use the fundamentalist Mormons religion against them, and to seize more power, based on a false and malicious claim of abuse. Government seeks always and everwhere to destroy the family as an independent center of authority, but this was a particularly horrific case.
