(November 1, 2012) Bob Thomas and I debated about the optimal role of markets in resolving environmental issues. I insist that if the economy was allowed to be laissez-faire, then the environmental problems would be resolved; whereas, Bob Thomas argues in favor of imposing more limits on markets.
