Stephan, the problem can’t be Castro’s communism, since the US has been pals with such worthies as Stalin, Tito, and Pol Pot. In fact, his applicable sin is giving the fig to the feds for so many years. However, this bird is the Cuban people’s business, not the US government’s. All we can do, morally and in consonance with what ought to be our status as a peaceful commercial republic, is to allow maximum trade and travel.
