I Fall To Pieces

Perhaps the great songstress Patsy Cline’s 1963 ballad, I Fall To Pieces, anticipated the disassembled condition of Orville Nix’s celebrated camera when it was returned to him by the Feds after taking key photographic evidence of the Grassy Knoll in Dealy Plaza on November 22, 1963. The film has been “lost” by the government officials entrusted to its care. Nix’s granddaughter is suing for $10 million in damages and to discover what happened to it. Sounds very suspiciously like the circumstances surrounding a more famous film also taken that day in Dallas fifty two years ago.
