Writes a friend: “On today’s Morning Joe, David Shuster called Ron Paul a ‘crackpot’ twice, without ever offering any specifics as to why he thought so. This was in reference to Ron’s responses on MTP to questions about whether the War Between the States as necessary to eliminate slavery, and on Ron’s stated goal to eliminate the income tax.” Shuster–like Bill Kristol, the NY Times, etc.–got the memo to smear Ron Paul now, to try to stop his inexorable progress. I can’t wait to watch these shills’ faces when the Iowa results come in!
