Constitutional Structures–Finnish Idea

As many libertarians are aware, there are a variety of constitutional structures and mechanisms designed to reduce or slow the inevitable growth of the state (on the inevitable growth of the state, see on this Hoppe’s various works on monarchy and democracy, at www.HansHoppe.com).
