What is it with conservatives and foreign aid? Why is it that they can never just come out and say that it should be completely eliminated? Just see this new article at the Heritage Foundation which promotes that idea that foreign aid should just be reformed “in a way that maximizes impact, ensures American taxpayer dollars are well used, and supports American interests.”
