Conflict Kitchen Promotes Thinking About Peace

There is a creative take-out restaurant in Pittsburgh, Conflict Kitchen, which serves food from countries the US is destroying or would like to destroy, as a way to raise people’s awareness that it is real individuals, families, cultures that “their” government murders. The cuisine changes every four months. So far Conflict Kitchen has featured Iranian and Afghan food, with North Korean and Venezuelan to come. (Thanks to Jenny Barwick)
