Censorship

This morning, I tried to post a comment on Facebook about a post someone had written about J.A. Hobson,  the English radical best known for his book Imperialism: A Study (1902). This was the comment:

One point about Hobson that Gordon Tullock made in an article that hasn’t gotten as much attention as it merits is that Hobson was not in general opposed to imperialism.https://www.unz.com/print/ModernAge-1963q2-00157/

I got a message that this couldn’t be posted because it contains spam. I then omitted the link to the index and just included the citation to Modern Age, where the article appeared. This post went through with no problem. Even though it is much easier for people to read the article by consulting the index, it cannot be mentioned, because it is run by Ron Unz, who is too “controversial” to be mentioned on Facebook.
