The War Street Journal’s John Fund was interviewed on WBAL radio in Baltimore today, and I caught the last few minutes. Bush’s speech last night was “excellent,” said the former Cato Institute intern, but “didn’t go far enough” in “offering us intelligence” that would support an escalation of the war in Iraq.
