Buffalo Still Clueless on Schools
I quote “Buffalo’s per-pupil spending, at $26,903, is the nation’s third-highest among large districts. It is also the highest in New York State, higher even than New York City, at No. 4 on the list, and Rochester, at No. 7.” The district has nothing to show for it. Why? The article mentions “the wretchedly destructive relationship between the district and the Buffalo Teachers Federation.
