One thing I do not understand: how can any independent-minded woman – or man for that matter – generate any modicum of respect for Hillary Clinton, when so much of her campaigning is done for her by husband Bill? When the political heat gets turned on, it’s Bill to the rescue, with Hillary wiping away a tear over hurt feelings. Rudy – with his broken-record 9/11 mantra – was bad enough, but Hillary’s resort to empty bromides, leaving Bill to do the in-fighting, is too much even for my anti-political stomach!
