The old communist from Vermont went on television yesterday to say that Commie-La has not altered her devotion to socialism. She’s just saying what she has to say to get elected. She’s lying, in other words.
“Shark Tank” billionaire Mark Cuban, on the other hand, has stated that Commie-La understands that her proposal to tax unrealized capital gains would destroy the stock market; therefore, says Cuban, she’s lying about it to get elected.
Commie-La’s defenders are now publicly boasting that she is lying because, as with all totalitarians, they believe that the ends justify the means, in this case the end being “progressivism,” their word for totalitarian socialism under dictatorial, one-party rule. All in the Orwellian name of “saving democracy.”
