Speaking of Berkely bumper stickers, Anthony, the last time I was there, there were gray-haired “hippies” sitting on the sidewalk on Telegraph Avenue selling “Stop the Bombing” bumper stickers. It appeared that they set up shop there in the mid ’60s to protest the Vietnam War, and never left. They were still selling the same old junk. How interesting, though, that “Stop the Bombing” bumper stickers never seem to become irrelevant or outdated.
