Ban Oreos Not Drugs

Not only do oreos have no nutritional value and make you fat, according to the latest research, they are just as addictive as cocaine or morphine. So why do state and federal governments spend $50 billion a year to wage war on drugs? Obesity kills more Americans than marijuana. Why not ban oreos instead?

I, of course, do not advocate the government banning any substance. For my view on the drug war, see my The War on Drugs Is a War on Freedom.
