. . . there are fears that all the progress in Baltimore that occurred during his quarter-of-a-century tenure representing the city in Congress will be reversed. It would be a shame if the city developed trash, rat, and murder issues like so many other American cities that have been under the control of the socialist left for the past half century or more (San Francisco, Chicago, Detroit, Newark, etc.).
