In the video I posted earlier, Art Laffer agrees to a bet (for a penny) with Peter Schiff in regards to their opposed forecasts of the economy. William D. Masur sends in this clip of Laffer being confronted about the bet by Bill Maher: Laffer gives a sad excuse that he can’t forecast farther then 9 months out. Near the end of the clip Maher asks him if he’s always for higher taxes and Laffer actually says he wants the government to have more money. What a disgrace.
