I can tell you what and who this is. These are employee commuter shuttle flights coming out of the Lockheed “Skunk Works” plant in Palmdale, California. This place is also closely associated with Edwards Air Force Base and flights originate there as well ferrying USAF brass. The Skunk Works designs and builds “top secret” aircraft (stealth, off-the-books, etc.) The employees have to go out to Area 51 to do on–the-spot tinkering with R&D prototypes.  Back in the 1990s, one of these craft crashed near Tehachapi, California, and both the USAF and FBI cordoned off the area with armed personnel and what was recovered was spirited out under heavy cover.

I heard from a source that people who worked there with highly-classified epoxies and composites died of some pretty horrifying cancers and unknown ailments. The government refused to cooperate medically because these were classified materials that, officially, did not exist.  Whatever technology this is, it is unknown to medical science at this time.  There is one of these craft that routinely leaves our solar system for two years at a time. No one knows where it goes or what its mission is.
