Another Government Conspiracy Tale

We’re not supposed to believe in conspiracies—public and private interests planning in secret to advance their own interests at our expense through criminal State power—but there is one exception: the conspiracies the State charges against those it seeks to destroy. No surprise that the USG is torturing Bradley Manning while offering him a plea bargain, if he will just recite the words the prosecutors want him to recite, and therefore give them a conspiracy club to use against Julian Assange, the man who must forever be caged in a federal Hellhole for embarrassing the regime.
