“Overseas Americans were called an ‘untapped gold mine’ in the last election. We are millions strong, internet savvy, have high voter turnout, and we are able to see what is going on inside the US.
“We are also an angry group. We are not counted in any census, we MUST file income tax on our worldwide income (even if we earned $0). To live overseas and not file a tax return is now a felony. Despite this fact, we have no representation. Sound familiar?
“It is absolute tyranny for us to try and stay compliant with crazy IRS laws that attempt to root out “money laundering” by foreign evildoers. The only reason I comply is because I want to make it through immigration at LAX and visit my family.
“Dr. Paul needs to send a message directly to the millions of overseas Americans — ‘I will free you from your tax hell!'”
