But they are becoming more equal. These are the states that have recently rescinded the requirement to have a concealed carry permit in order to carry a concealed weapon. Some have even allowed open carry. There are now ten such states.
What does this have to do with equality?, you ask. It is a move in the direction of equality because criminals have always carried without a government permit. Now law-abiding citizens can do the same a least ten states in the U.S.
