Al Haig, Master of Palace Intrigue

(Thanks to Fritz and Dawn, and see also David Kramer. James Rosen, on FOX of all places, is great in this clip, and clearly the uncomfortable hosts do not really understand what is being said, for example about Haig’s role in the coup d’état against Nixon. Of course, we keep hearing the mantra about Haig’s service to “his country,” which always means the state. What a sacrifice, to garner vast power, fame, and wealth as a back-stabbing courtier and enabler of murderous wars.)
