I would like to thank the “mainstream media” for helping me to sell a boatload of books in the past week with its ignorant and laughingly uninformed views on Lincoln, his war, and Ron Paul’s comments on the subject. A few minutes ago my Amazon.com sales ranking for The Real Lincoln, which has been out for more than five years, was a very respectable 3,889 (the lower the number the larger the sales).
