A Libertarian Analysis of Abortion

This is a long back and forth correspondence I had with K, on abortion, the rights of the fetus, killing innocent people. See immediately below for my last word on this matter. If you want to peruse the entire discussion, read from the bottom up, in the attachment.

Dear K:

Suppose evil A tosses innocent person B at innocent person C. When they contact, both will die. C has a gun and can shoot B, in self defense, which would prevent contact. In your view, both should die, as C has no right to shoot B, since B is innocent.

Here’s a case when an innocent person, B, should indeed be executed.
