Here is Congressman Larry McDonald, close colleague of Ron Paul, on CNN Crossfire with conservative Pat Buchanan and liberal Tom Braden discussing the John Birch Society in 1983. McDonald was chairman of the organization, succeeding Robert Welch, who is heatedly discussed at the beginning of the video.
