Wars are monsters that are easy to start but very difficult to stop. John Ratcliffe, the CIA director, reportedly went to Moscow to deliver an ultimatum to President Vladimir Putin, according to the US press. It seems, however, that he came to discuss with his counterparts the evolution of these conflicts and the best way to end them before they spread throughout the world.

The days seem to be over when the Straussians  [ 1 ] would threaten Russia and force it to back down. Their last offensive was when Victoria Nuland, Antony Blinken’s Undersecretary of State, came to shout at the Russian Foreign Ministry from November 11 to 13, 2021. She succeeded in unnerving Russian diplomats, who responded by sending a draft peace treaty to Washington on December 17, 2021. And, in the absence of a response to their offer, they recognized the two republics of Donbas (Donetsk and Luhansk) and themselves intervened militarily in Ukraine to enforce UN Security Council Resolution 2202 on February 24, 2022.

These warmongers were all swept from the administration by the election of President Trump, but peace has still not returned. On the contrary, Atlanticist propaganda continues to repeat that this special military operation is an “unprovoked and unjustified war of aggression by Russia against Ukraine that seriously violates international law and the principles of the UN Charter.” This slogan is repeated at every international meeting, echoed in news agency dispatches, and ultimately by all Western nations.

It is simply false, completely false: the commitment of Germany, France, and Russia to uphold the Minsk agreements was annexed by the Security Council to its resolution 2202. To claim that by intervening in Ukraine, “Russia is violating international law” should force the French who make this assertion to admit that they “invaded” Rwanda to stop a genocide there with the approval of the Security Council. Yet, all observers are well aware that France never intended to “annex” Rwanda, but only to save its population (even if the French secret services took advantage of this operation to exfiltrate the perpetrators of the genocide).

Today, Ukrainians live under a non-democratic regime, where an usurper (according to the constitution, Volodymyr Zelensky has not been president since May 2024; it is Ruslan Stefanchuk, the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, who holds the position on an interim basis) occupies power. They are bombarded daily with propaganda that leads them to accept the worldview of Dmytro Dontsov (1883-1973) and its racial divisions, as expounded by Yurii Lypa (1900-1944). The prevailing opinion in Ukraine is now that the true Ukrainians are not Slavs, but Vikings; that they have an immemorial goal of eradicating evil, embodied by the “Muscovites”; and that they will defeat them in the final battle, the battle of the end times.

The books of Dontsov and Lypa ( Nationalism, The Spirit of Our Antiquity, Racial Solidarity, The Black Sea Doctrine ) are now bestsellers. Reading them is now mandatory for soldiers, just as Mein Kampf was for their grandparents. The printing of this propaganda is financed by the European Union, even though these books are not translated into other European languages. There is nothing about Yurii Lypa’s racist work on Wikipedia (except in Ukrainian and Russian), where he is simply described as a doctor.

Consequently, no one feels the courage to challenge the group that espouses this ideology, especially at a time when the government has seized and destroyed millions of books bearing the “Evil” (sic). Yet, young people have demonstrated across the country in support of their idol, the former Minister of Digital Transformation and later Minister of Defense, Mykhailo Fedorov, the only man who dares to publicly express his contempt for these ideologues. After releasing a 9-minute video  [ 2 ] calling for elections and receiving a polite refusal from the usurper Zelensky, Mykhailo Fedorov left his homeland. He became an advisor to the Italian Minister of Defense, the same man who denounced deserters and had successfully proposed replacing cannon fodder with drones  [ 3 ] .

President Trump, having re-established relations with his Russian counterparts, sent his trusted emissaries—his friend and business associate, Steve Witkoff, and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner—to meet again with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. The American press, always aligned with the Straussians (whose media figures have been in the Democratic Party for several years, after switching parties six times), claims that the talks were courteous but frosty. In reality, we know nothing about it, but we can only observe that the two emissaries rushed to Kyiv to gauge the situation on the other side.

The usurper Zelensky, for his part, keeps telling the press that he will try to obtain weapons from the United States. However, not only does President Trump not want this, but he also hopes to make the Europeans reimburse the weapons that his predecessor, Joe Biden, gave to Ukraine. He believes that this gift was made in the name of the European Union and should have been paid for only by the EU, not by US taxpayers.

Europeans, who are short of money, cannot repay these colossal sums. They will hide behind the fact that no one forced Joe Biden to be generous. It is now clear to Donald Trump that Biden was an illegitimate president and that he used his power to serve European neoconservatives rather than his own citizens. Indeed, it is now proven that 2 million foreigners voted in the 2020 US presidential election (remember that it is not necessary to present identification at polling stations). Trump no longer needs to invoke a stolen election, since it has been established that the cheating was not at the polling stations, but in the voter registration lists.

In the United States, voter registration reform has turned into a brawl. The ruling class scoffed at the electoral process as long as it ensured that, in accordance with the Constitution, the citizens’ vote was merely advisory. Since the founding of the United States, the president has been elected by an Electoral College of a few hundred people appointed not by the citizens, but by the governors of the states  [ 4 ] . If voter registration is reformed, it will have to be centralized and, most likely, the election will become a direct popular vote.

Furthermore, the emissaries must ensure in Kyiv that the presidential administration is not planning any forceful measures to eliminate potential opposition. Currently circulating on Ukrainian social media are very negative reactions to the support given by Chief Rabbi Jonathan Markowicz, who vouched for former Deputy Minister of Justice Iryna Mudra. This woman, who has become the number two in the presidential administration, was arrested for corruption in the “Forrest Gump affair” (a particular development of the “Midas affair”  [ 5 ] ). Following the resignation of Andrei Yermak and the flight of Zelensky’s associate, Timur Mindich, many Ukrainians believe that much corruption revolves around the sect of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson (1902-1994), whom his followers consider “the messiah.” To such an extent that some Ukrainian Jewish organizations have warned of possible pogroms. The Witkoff/Kushner duo will try to quell the local hysteria, but it is clear that the Ukrainian population is weary of everything they are being forced to swallow.
