The Anarcho-Highway

Who will build the roads? I have been asked this question enough times to make my head hurt, as most free market Libertarians have. Libertarian scholars much wiser than I have  answered this question,  but the inevitable follow up is, “Is there an example you can you point to where this would work?” I think there is.
