Cass ‘Nudge’ Sunstein unintentionally explains how the bird of prey utilizes the ‘sacred right’ called voting to bamboozle American citizens: Whenever American voters elect a new president, they choose someone who is, along a critical dimension, the antithesis of the incumbent.
