Cultural Literacy: A Reading List for Beginners

Austro-libertarians often rightly complain about the economic illiteracy of traditional conservatives and most mainstream political commentators. I am no exception. In my own classes I have to spend an inordinate amount of time refuting fallacies that are rampant in textbooks. Even conservative Honors students who have received solid classical educations can fall prey to these falsehoods without a nudge in the right direction.
