My physician told me a couple of years ago, "We’ll either die with prostate cancer or die of it." The older that men get, the more likely prostate afflictions will beset them. Because prostate problems are associated with senior citizen status, and in turn with flagging abilities, men tend not to talk about their prostate problems with other men. This is a liability when they discover something that solves a problem. To admit that you solved the problem is to admit that you had one.
I shall break the silence. Two years ago, I began getting up in the middle of the night for a trip to the bathroom. My physician says this is so common as to be nearly universal. My wife noticed this. She is well-informed on nutritional treatments. She went to the health food store and bought a bottle of saw palmetto capsules. The bottle says it’s a berry extract. I have no idea what berry or how it works, but it worked. There are many brands. It’s cheap.
