Anxiety is experienced by millions of people either 18 years of age or older.

Most individuals who suffer from anxiety disorders will usually have their first episode by the time they are 21 years old.

Anxiety is basically your body constantly reacting as though you are in a terrifying or dangerous situation.

When you are in the presence of real danger and your heart races; your palms sweat or you blank out, this is anxiety caused by a very real situation. It’s the body’s natural “fight or run” response to the situation you are facing.

On the other hand, if your body and mind constantly react in this manner to every situation, even those that are not very threatening or dangerous, then you may have an anxiety disorder. Melatonin may be the best remedy for people suffering from anxiety disorders.
